📸 Hiram Productions Return & Reprint Policy

Because your memories matter.

At Hiram Productions, we take pride in delivering high-quality photo prints and exceptional service — whether you shop with us online or in person at shows. While all orders are handled with care, we understand that issues can happen. Our goal is always your complete satisfaction.


✅ What We’ll Replace or Refund

We offer reprints or refunds for products purchased through our website or at shows/events under the following conditions:

An estimated delivery time: Print and formatting at Print Shop, outsourced may take up to 5 days. If a large run of 1000 prints, The print shop may take longer. We do not print. 

Costs: is included for shipping for my products for the prints. Red Bubble is whatever amount is ordered. Red Bubble offer 100’s of products, costs on shipping  varies on the weight. Prices from $5.00 to $1,000.00 for shipping depending on your ORDER Amount and weight. 

            Damaged Prints: If your photos arrive bent, scratched, or otherwise damaged in transit.

  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong image(s), size, or finish.

  • Production Errors: If there is a significant print defect due to our production process.

📅 Please notify us within 7 days of receiving (or purchasing) your order.


❌ What We Can’t Accept for Return

Due to the personalized and fragile nature of photo prints, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Custom photo prints that were delivered as ordered and undamaged.

  • Image issues resulting from low-resolution or poor-quality uploads (we do our best to flag these ahead of printing).


🛠️ How to Request a Replacement or Refund

  1. Contact us at [insert your support email] within 7 days of receiving your order or making a purchase at a show.

  2. Provide:

    • Your order number or purchase location (event name)

    • A description of the issue

    • Photos of the damage or print error

  3. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process a replacement or refund within 5–7 business days.
